June 19, 2019
All Board Members present
Meeting called to order by Chairman Smith at 7:00 PM.
Minutes from May 15, 2019 meeting were read into the record. Motion by Flick, second by Gearing, to approve minutes as read. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s report: Current balance $174,754.74 less $81,200.00 reserved for cash on hand balance of 93,554.74. Motion by Gearing, second by Flick to approve report. Motion carried.
Motion by Gearing, second by Flick to authorize payments for the month. Motion carried.
Citizen comments: Colin Yohe present to provide update to WI Proppants operations.
New Business:
- Road report- Scott Construction completed work on section of Castle Hill Rd. Shouldering to be completed at a later date.
- License renewals: Castle Hill Supper Club Inc. Class B Beer and Liquor-Motion by Smith second by Flick to approve. Motion carried.
Jimmy’s Inn Between-Class B Beer and Liquor- Motion by Smith second by Flick to approve. Motion carried.
Doc’s Bunkhouse LLC-Reserve Class B Beer and Liquor-Motion by Gearing second by Flick to approve. Motion carried.
Marvin Thomann dba NCN Campground North-Class B Beer-Motion by Gearing to approve based on Clerk receiving proper documentation from Marvin second by Flick. Motion carried.
- Driveway permit issued by Chairman to Charles Bodecker on Gaylord Road with 15” culvert.
Motion by Gearing second by Flick to adjourn. Adjourned at 7:30PM.
