TOWN OF ALMA BOARD MEETING MINUTES

February 13, 2019

All Board Members present

Meeting called to order by Chairman Smith at 7:00 PM.

Minutes from January 16, 2019 meeting were read into the record.  Motion by Flick, second by Gearing, to approve minutes as read.  Motion carried.

Treasurer’s report:  Current balance $1,120,186.76 less $81,200.00 reserved for cash on hand balance of 1,038,986.76.  Motion by Gearing, second by Flick to approve report.  Motion carried.

Motion by Gearing, second by Flick to authorize payments for the month. Motion carried.

Citizen comments-Update provided  on WP operations. 

New Business:

  1. The Board was provided copies of Badger Mining, Coulee Frac annual reports for review. WI Proppants provided 1 copy and will deliver additional copies to the clerk on 02/14/2019 for distribution to Board. Reports will be put on agenda for discussion at March board meeting. 
  2. Discussion on status of items needed from WI Proppants to satisfy compliance with ordinance.Web page development- Board authorized townofalmajacksoncounty.com as site. Town of Alma was already taken. Clerk will work with Jack from Kamduke Web designs to coordinate information for the site. Next meeting scheduled for December 19, 2018 at 7 PM.

Motion by Gearing second by Flick to adjourn. Adjourned at 7:31 PM. Don Forsting, Clerk
