TOWN OF ALMA BOARD MEETING MINUTES

April 22, 2020

All Board Members present:

Meeting called to order by Chairman Smith at 7:25 PM following completion of Annual meeting.

Minutes from March 18, 20202 meeting were read into the record.  Motion by Gearing, second by Flick to approve minutes as read.  Motion carried.

Treasurer’s report:  Current balance $185,578.34 less $91,200.00 reserved for cash on hand balance of 91,378.34.  Motion by Flick, second by Gearing to approve report.  Motion carried.

Motion by Gearing, second by Flick to authorize payments for the month. Motion carried.

Citizen comments: None.

  1. Road report-covered 2020 proposed road work during Annual Meeting. Problem spot on Prindle Rd has settled back down.
  2. Driveway permit-Permit issued to Eric Nelson with culvert required.
  3. Discussion on Strobus LLC solar facility . Driveway permit has been issued.
  4.  Next meeting scheduled for May 20, 2020.

Motion by Gearing second by Flick to adjourn. Adjourned at 8:15PM.
